Tool saftey limits [fixed]

The tool safety limits seem to be sticky even when they are not set too.
Can't seem to get a grip on how to explain the following,
But, here is my best shot.
The cutter feed does not always seem to change with tool deflection changes, just sometimes and I can't seem to re-produce the when and/or if.

Regarding tool safety limits:
My fault- i am struggling to find which values to save and when to save them.
Because of my constant trying to improve the behaviour of such items (like deflection and torque limits, and RPM)
I very often break something that was already working not bad.

I will try to find a better way to handle those things and publish an update before the end of the week.

Regarding cutter feed rate:
Feedrate depends on many things.

The main value is the reference chipload that is pulled from tables.
Basically the program is made in such a way that it will try to keep that ideal reference chipload at all costs.
So when its cutting there will be some deflection that you can control with either DOC or Feedrate override.
Also Feedrate will automatically reduce when deflection exceeds percentage value specified in Limit Deflection drop-down list.
Until Limit Deflection is triggered chipload and thus feedrate will not change.
If you want the tool to run in very "gentle" mode set your productivity slider to the minimum.

I will improve the way sticky values are handles and we will see where we can go from there.

Thanks for the information.

It is getting to where I hesitate to mention things seen that are believed to be a problem for fear that it is my lack of understanding and not a program issue.

You did well in the explanation.
