Future sharing of work account
Hey,
I convinced my boss to buy me an HSMAdvisor license for work (yay) after GWizard was no longer an option (sad).
I'm jumping into the software, trying to get the lay of the land but I have a question about accounts and data.
I want all the data that I save in the program to be usable forever by any future programmers that join me or take over from me.
How should the accounts be set up with that goal in mind? I made this account with my personal email, but our IT department used a special licensing email address for the purchase of the license. What things in the program are cloud-specific? I see that I can save tool databases in a folder on our server, Machines can be exported locally (Just tried, can't find the file)? What data can be shared to FSWizard from HSMAdvisor?
Basically what is the best way to have this data available for everyone who needs it?
Should I just ask IT for an email that can be shared between all current and future programmers?
Thanks for the work you put into these programs!

Hello,
Thank you for your purchase!
Currently, your License account is completely separate from your Cloud account, and there are no plans to change that.
At the moment, your Machines and Tool Libraries can be backed up to the cloud:
If you back up your tool libraries to the cloud, only you will be able to access them. There is currently no way to create "organizations" that allow multiple users to share tool libraries.
However, you can share your Cloud account credentials with your coworkers or boss. This way, anyone with the login and password will have the same access to your libraries as you do. Of course, be sure to use a password that isn’t shared with any of your other personal accounts.
Additionally, it’s a good idea to back up your tool database file to OneDrive or another offsite storage service. This ensures you won’t lose your data if your computer suddenly fails.
Best regards
