When performing any drilling operation the cutting force does not update. It appears that the last valid cutting force calulation from a milling tool is saved, as no amount of changes to the drills size, sfm or feed rate change the cutting force. I would like to know what my Z axis cut force is, as I use a 4th axis and if the drilling forces are able to overcome the braking torque of the 4th I'll end up with a very very expensive mistake very quickly. You can duplicate this by choosing Solid Endmill in the Tool Type, then choosing Jobber Twist Drill, the Cutting Force does not change.
