V-point dowel drill help for newbie

Hi, I'm new to CNC, and want to use a V-point dowel drill (Whiteside DT187-70) to drill a 3/16" through hole in an electric guitar body for the neck screws. Whiteside doesn't have a tool file for this bit on their site, so I have no idea what kinds of feeds & speeds I should use. I have a Laguna IQ, so 3hp 6-24K rpm spindle. Being new to both CNC and HSM Advisor, I'm not sure what category this type of drill bit falls into and what are reasonable values. Thank you!

Hello, It is an unusual tool. But I would use a regular Carbide Jobber Drill tool type. As always when starting an unfamiliar set up, start at 50% speed and feed override and slowly work it up to make sure something doesn't blow up. Best regards.
