Loadtool/Cut tab not working

When I click on the load tool /cut tab it brings up the tool selection window hidden behind the main screen and locks the software up. the only way to close the the hidden window is to close it from the taskbar. I can get around this issue by selecting the tool from the tool database tab. It is easier if the load tool button works this has happened after upgrading to windows 10 as far as I can tell.

Hi, This is weird because I don't see this issue on my windows 10. Do you have the latest HSMAdvisor version installed? If so, I will have to look into that. Thank you for bringing this up.

I tried unistall and reinstalling the software thinking something might have been corrupted but it still behaves the same. The tool selct window hides behind the main screen and you can't select anything or move it. it basically lock sthe software up as stated above.
