Difference between app and desktop
I had a situation come up today that i used the fs wizard app instead of the HSM advisor like normal. I later compared the results from them and the app had a higher feed rate then what i got from HSM Advisor. It took me a while to figure out that it was due to the feed rate being "corrected" for tool torque. Does the app spit out the value based on a 200% tool torque? Are there any plans on adding the feature to the app or is it somewhere that I am over looking?

You are absolutely correct about the difference in feed being caused by the tool torque limit. FSWizard simply has none. While it (like HSMAdvisor) is built using in part manufacturer data for reference, HSMAdvisor just has this one level of safety where it tells you if your tools are at the risk of breaking. The maximum calculated in HSMAdvisor torque is assumed at 200%. I.E it "theoretically" should survive torque up to 200% I like to keep it at 150% for day to day machining. In this particular case i would slide it all the way to 200% and (just to be sure) try a hole in some piece of scrap. It should still hold. Perhaps the material power rating should be lowered to reduce the risk of "false torque limit". I will see if this can be improved. As to adding Torque (and others) limits to the app... I do think this is an unnecessary complication and will only hurt user experience. Best regards.
