Cutting Force
when using HSM Advisor I carefuly look at Deflection of tool - with small tools, that is the weakest point when things go bad. With larger tools I also look at "Cutting Force" because there is the limit/weak point of machine construction. (mainly hobby machines) Experimentaly I found for my machine, where is approximately the limit from where the milling is noisy and makes bad surface. It will be nice if in machine definition I could define "Cutting Force" and in "Load limits" I could see percentualy where I am.

Did you change calculation of "Cutting Force" in new versions 2018 ? I did not write it down, but my mostly used tool+maaterial+DOC+WOC gave me cutting force somewhere aroud 50-60N and now it is around 3-5N

Hi, Yes there is an error is output of the cutting force in mertic format. It does not affect anything else. I will fix it in the next update. Thank you for reporting the issue!
