Hi, I was wondering if Phenolic and Glass Filled Phenolics could be added to the Material library. Right now, I simply use polycarbonate for regular fabric phenolics and it seems to work ok. As for glass filled phenolic, I haven't found a decent substitute that gives me a comparable feed/speed calculation. Thanks, --Garren

It seems that the Feed is too slow for the HYTAC FLX. I attached a picture with a typical Facemill we use for standard (non-glass filled) phenolics. If our chipload is too low, the material will burn. Let me know if you need any other data from me. Thanks, --Garren
