I don't understand why the FS wizard online gives me a f/min of 325 for a LTR C drill bit in 6061-T6 when HSM advisor gives me 390 F/min for exactly the same thing. help?

Because they are in fact different calculators. Online calculator has not been updated in more than a year and it it by all means outdated. I would trust HSMAdvisor more than the online tool. Regards.
