Show lathe compound infeed.

Eldar, Understanding that professinal machinist would have no need for this but likely there are a number of non-professional machinist using HSMA that would find this of use. I know of at least one :D Display with thread data the lathe compound infeed amount and angle of compound, generally 29.5º
