I bought the Android app. defiantly worth it. I like how you added the Tapping Feeds and Speeds. Just wondering if this is going to be added to the online Calculator? Also, I was wondering if Feeds and Speeds are the same with through the Spindle Coolant. If they change is there a way to check a Box like the chip thinning option, or the HSM option. just wondering thanks

Hello, I have not updated the online calculator in quite a while. I have apps for 3 different platforms and It is getting really hard to keep up with everything. But. Online calculator is not abandoned. I have some big plans for it. In a couple if months I will start making a complete overhaul of it. Regarding coolant through. In my opinion it improves chip clearance, and tool life. But it does not affect either speed or feed that much. Also for drilling with coolant fed drills it is possible to not peck at all. That I think is about it. Does not really warrant adding another checkbox. Because coolant pressure also plays a big role. Also in some cases coolant is not a good idea. And it is up to the machinist to decide whether he should use it or not. But this is a question that has been asked several times and I will think very hard whether I should add it. Thank you.
