power and torque limits not working

Please check attached picture.
Designed milling operation is WAY above machine capabilities, yet no alarm and not even % indication in positions marked in red.
I've checked this with both generic and custom machine definitions, same thing.
But i remember it worked some versions ago ;)

Also please could you expand your thread calculator in metic threads. Your UNC/UNS threads are up to 4 inches while your ISO threads gets only to 18mm which is very small. I like the calculator, it's very usefull but we do a lot metric threads and I have to look those data elsewhere.

Keep the good work Eldar!

Hi Eldar, I checked and it still don't work.
Now it calculates torque limits but only if "use power curve" option is unchecked.
It also doesn't calculate power limits at all, with or without power curve. It's 0% all the time.
Checked with both custom and generic machine definitions.

Hmm. Can you send a screenshot of that? Works fine here!

Thank you.

Please compare two attached files.
With power curve chacked, it dont calculate those limits at all.
If I unchecked the power curve it does calculate torque, but it limits machining to 100Nm while the machine def has 54Nm max.
