Request to add PU Epoxy Tooling Board density 45lb/ft^3
The tooling boards are extensively used and they are missing in the database, although I considered hardwood with somewhat similar hardness, I am looking something more accurate. Thank You.

Ren board isn't sufficient enough for your needs?

We use tooling boards with varying densities from 28lb/ft3 - 71lb/ft3, REN is limited (whats the shore hardness/grade of material).

Hi,
Mike, thanks for suggesting REN. That was my initial thought too.
It looks like REN is a lot softer and less dense than than this "PU Epoxy Tooling Board"
dhanushkk, does either HYTAC-FLX or HYTAC-W material definitions give better results?
What do you machine them with, diamond or coated carbide?
If you can give me a baseline I can add the material in the next update.

Hi Elder, Thank you first of all.
We use a lot of carbide coated with nACo and also diamond tip. I think REN/Modelling board is very good choice but having the option to choose from different densities is better. HYTEC is not suitable as the pramaeters show max deflection at just 117IPM (1/4") for ball end mill, where we already use 320IPM & no chatter and very high finish. The materials are similar in density to REN; If you can add 2 to 3 materials in range of FREEMAN 3000-FREEMAN4650 with information on their densities, would be really great.
