Material [SOLVED]
Hello, first, HSM Advisor is great program, i use 30 day trial, and i believe that i will made a buy, when trial ends. I have one question by now; When i chose material its all ok when I chose from drop down menu, (Im from EU and know material number material destination better as ANSI) when i go to material cross reference it seams that material stay the same for all. Its a bug, or do i miss something? Best regards, Franc Jakoš

Hi, It is not really a bug. More like a not yet implemented feature. I need to link and allign the functional material table and the one you find in the cross-reference window. But because it is so much work, I never got time to do it. Right now you just have to visually find the proper material substitution in the list and go with that. Proper cross-reference is in the things to do list. Best regards.

Oh, ok. Even so, its a help to me (Because its harder to find material standard outside of F&S program - like Gwizard). If i may; Regarding payment - can you send me invoice (Receive) that i could pay thru my business bank account? Best regrads, Franc Jakos

I only accept payments made through PayPal - you can make paymants using most credit cards. I can send you a PayPal invoice that you can print and pay online. If you want to discuss payment topics in more detail, please write to my email. You can find Contacts in the top menu of this page. Best regards!

Ok, paypal is not a problem. Best regards, Franc

Hi there, I've recently started to use the FSWizard mobile app, which is fantastic. But most materials are listed using American standards. If I'm reading the above correctly, there is/will be a cross referencing option in HSM Advisor? Will this feature be coming to the mobile app as well? I have some materials I'd like to see added, but they could very well already be in there (or a comparable material), since I only know their EU numbers. It sounds like a tedious task though, 'translating' these materials into different standards. If we can help in any way, I for one would be glad to help in whatever way possible. The materials I work with a lot are: JS1030 (Cast Iron 190-220 BH??) CC333G (C95500 Nickel Aluminum Bronze??) 1.0619 1.4057 1.4408 1.4462 1.4517 I think I found comparable materials for the first two, but those are also the two least critical materials in my opinion.
