F/S algorithm problem?

I'm having it tell me that a 3-flute 1/16" EM can full slot with a DOC of .0168 at a chip load of .003, something is seems off. I've included a screen shot in case the way parameters work in the newest version are drastically different.

Hi, You have Manufacturer Chipload set there. This is the reason it does that. Reset the manufacturer Chipload to default and it will be OK Regards.

Just expand the Manufacturer Speeds and Feeds panel and hit on the Chipload or SFM label to reset the corresponding field. Edit: Why this happened is because some speeds and feeds algorithms were changed. And when you load a Cut from the DB, HSMAdvisor will consider those OLD speeds and feeds custom. Regards
