Automatic action applied with Warnings
Whenever a limit of the machine is exceeded during f&s calculations, the limit is invoked automatically and one other parameter is reduced to fit the limit. For example if feed limit is exceeded, FSW will reduce the RPM to keep the chipload the same. I suggest that the results are displayed, the Warning is highlighted but the user decides which other parameter/s will be changed. Just a suggestion. Bevin

Interesting, But its an additional complication without clear benefit in my opinion. Let me explain what happens. Whenever any limit (Horsepower, torque, deflection etc.) is exceeded a warning comes up, and the limiting field goes red. (by the way it took me a lot of effort to finally make everything works as it should- as far as i know "the other wizard calculator" does not even come close to checking this many parameters) Warning text explains correct course of action to clear the problem. Also FSW overrides the value that it thinks is the best to handle the problem. But you can easily choose manually which parameter will be responsible for compensating. Whenever a warning come up you simply manually override desired parameters until warning clears. IE: On your Tormach you got a "Machine Power Exceeded" warning that looks like this:
