Hi, Those are just tool/offset numbers for reference and sorting: T# - Tool Number D# - Tool Radius/Diameter Offset L# - Tool Length Offset These values are also important for CAM integration. Best regards.

What is "Reference Chip Load"?

I'd like to setup "Custom Tables" for my endmill "Manufacturer Speeds and Feeds" with "Reference Chip loads" that force equal (or fixed proportional) cutting chip loads that are independent of the Workpiece material type. Can that be done?

What is "Max Torque"

But, I'm getting "Max Torque" = 1.02 ft-lb for a 0.25 inch solid carbide endmill and the torque spec for a 0.25 20 TPI Grade 2 bolt is ~3 times that!http://www.federalscrewproducts.com/torque-chart.htm

OOPs not 3 times, 5 times.
