Torque and force

Hi, The tech specs don't mention anything about torque or force. I only know the power (3 HP). It's aPrototrak KMX machine (kind of Bridgeport). Any idea what the other values could be? Thank you, Serge

Hi, How is spindle speed controlled ? With belts/gears or with VFD or some other electronic speed controller? Depending on that you can re-use one of the existing machine definitions. I would need possible RPM ranges if you need help creating machine profile.

Hi Eldar, Belt driven. RPM ranges from 60-500 and 500-4200, and in my opinion the motor always turns at the same speed. Thank you, Serge

No Max cutting force? Max feed is 100 inch / min In the power curve, 500 RPM occurs twice.

You should change things to your particular system. RPM repeating twice is not an issue as long as it is in proper order
