Floating License
Not sure if this is intended behavior but my floating license seems to be considered active on only one PC even when that PC is turned off, and that seems like a bug.

Can you attach a screenshot?

I will when it hits again (takes some time to sync and kick me into Trial mode).

One way this could happen is if you stop using HSMAdvisor on one PC and then start using it on another PC less than 10 minutes later. This causes the "Seat is Busy" error. In my logs I see that happen last time on February 1st Please confirm this is what is happening.

Seems to happen when I change materials.

Can you try to click "automatic registration"? Does it clear the issue? Also please email me the credentials you are using. It seems you have several licenses. I wonder if that is the issue.

That does fix it! Seems a little unintuitive as my assumption is I am already registered :-P I will note this for the future!
