Configuring chamfers and vbits with sharp tips

I'm having trouble seting up chamfers and vbits because of tip diameter. I'm unsure what to set there, i think a check box with a option for "Sharp tip" should be included on this two types and tip diameter should be used for max blade diameter to enforce min/max calculations.

With a vbit of 32mm max diameter, 20mm flute length, 90ยบ, I'm setting tip diameter to: 0.1mm to be sharp, this cause almost correct WOC, for example: 2mm DOC, WOC is auto set to 4.1mm, that +"0.1" wouldn't hurt but because of 0.1mm tip diameter feeds are very slow and plunge of 84mm/min are ugly. Same happens with chamfers.

What is the correct way to configure them to give the correct feeds?

Also i like to ask if there any difference on vbits VS chamfers on the program output, both types seen equal results
