Cannot find plugin on startup [Resolved]
I get popups saying "cannot find file drills/html make sure the path or internet address is correct." Same thing goes for Drills,Inch taps, Metric Taps, and Pipe Taps. Just purchased this BTW.

I am having trouble replicating your problem. Must be something silly. Maybe program does not have access rights to its own plugins.... Because HSMAdvisor does not create this pop up. Must be a system message. I need more info from you. 1) Are you using the latest version 0.612 ? 2) What version of Internet Explorer do you use? 3) Where is the program installed? Did you use a default location, or did you install it into the "program files" folder? 4) Does the message appear when you launch the program, or when you try to access "plugins" page? 5) Does the error happen in you run the program as administrator. Right click on file and select "Run as Administrator". Please answer those questions and i will fix it ASAP.

Just install the program into the default location. Even when you perform a re-install or an update, your user tools do not get erased. If this works, copy file "user_tool_lib.xml" file from the old location to the new one. It conatains all your tools. I am pretty sure this should work.

That was the issue! Reinstalled it to default location.

Glad we figured that out. The way it was. You would get stability issues as well as lost license keys, tools not saved, etc. For the future i will address the issue some time later.
