It sounds like you never entered the key i sent you. Basically enter your name and last name, company name does not really matter. You may need to use LOWER KEY register when typing your name and last name. (Weird thing happens to some users, but for others it fine) After you enter correct info it will tell you whether it is OK. If its OK it will force restart of the program. Next time you launch it it will show your credentials where were Trial counter info and "Purchase" button. 2 problems may happen. 1) if you installed program into a folder with restricted access, it may not be able to write any data to the hard drive. Its easy to spot the problem: no data will stick between launches and you will not be able to save any tools. If that's the case please install the program into a default folder that installer suggests. 2) Your credentials don't match. Either the name is misspelled, or you have a whitespace somewhere. OR the Computer ID key used to purchase the program is different from the computer you are currently running it on. IE: when your boss paid for the software he had to use the key of a computer the program was going to be installed on. Each computer has its own Computer ID key - this way i make sure program does not go into the wild. If that's the case please send me the PROPER computer key with credentials you would like to use (name, last name). I will simply reply to you with another License key for your actual computer. BTW don't worry about showing your keys in public- each one is unique and one key can not be used on 2 different computers. Please get back at me if you figure it out on your own. Stuff like that is very important to everybody.

If it does, it should accept the license key. If it still does not. I will fix it ASAP.

No luck...is it because the version i purchased isnt the updated version i downloaded? the key worked up until i downloaded the update...and im not a I.T. guy so maybe i messed it up...let me know if i should go get my IT guy or you can try and talk me thru it...im kinda smart/quick learner

Tonight I will relase an update that takes care of that. Also there will be some changes requested by Mr.Jamesu. I also will include some diagnostic code to check things like that. Nothing company name does not matter. It only takes name and last name.
