Countersink support [planned]

As is you can come up with a depth calculation but it does not take in account the tip diameter on countersinks. Thanks Ken

Ok I will see if i can get away with simply adding "champfering" tool type with support for countersinking. In that case champfer will actually be an endmill :) I am now working on threading, but i will try to add it to the next update.
