Add DLC to list of coatings

Greetings,

I use HSM for a manual mill and a CNC mill. 

The CNC mill spins fast (6K-24K RPM) and must move pretty quick to avoid chip welding. Two big things that make it work better are mist cooling and DLC (Diamond Like Coating) on the mill. DLC is a real game changer and allows much faster speeds.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to use HSM for the application of milling aluminum with DLC mills. W/o a selection for DLC coating, the speeds and feeds are much lower than with DLC. A 6mm endmill in aluminum (using uncoated or with any of the coatings you support) comes up with 6000-7000 RPM as the recommended speed for the mill. But I just used a DLC single flute cutter at 18000 RPM with no problem (and that was after I lowered the recommendation I got down from 22000 RPM.)

Thanks for the detailed request. This is already covered by existing backlog work, including the related coatings request in GitHub, and will be prioritized accordingly.

DLC is a useful option for high-speed aluminum work, so this remains a good candidate for inclusion. If you have any additional benchmark values or tooling details you’d like us to consider, feel free to add them here.
