Tool performance reset

Hi,

Every time I load a new tool, the tool performance is reset to 1 although the tool performance in settings is set to 0.625.

Hi,

I couldnt reproduce the issue.

If this is happening for tools you load from the tool database, then it is expected - the tool is loaded exactly as saved with all overrides.
