All of the speeds output by HSMAdvisor seem to be roughing speeds and feeds. How about a finishing button? Or is there already a way, that I'm not seeing?

Hi, Yes, you are right. The Speeds and Feeds are suggested for medium roughing operations. One way to select finishing is to: * Turn Performance Slider to the minimum * Set the feed rate override to 50% * Enable HSM checkbox But I believe you as a machinist would have a better idea in regards to finishing feed rate depending on your finish and tolerance requirements. I tried to add the "Finishing button" feature based on the recommendations above but it just looks like too broad of a rule of thumb and it does not work in all cases. So it is still up in the air. May I ask what the reasoning is behind enabling the HSM checkbox?

It will allow to increase spindle speed according to lower WOC.
