How is calculated a micro circular saw blade?

Hi Eldar,

I would like to know how I can calculate disk o saw blade feedcut.

Diameter 8mm with 48 Z and 0.6mm thickness

Hi,

You could try to set up the exact cutter specs. Simply set your diameter, number of teeth and neck size. It does work with bigger cutters very well.

But for something so tiny I would try to double check with the manufacturers data.

Thanks Eldar, I have read cutter spec and I solved the problem.

Another questions what do you think it would be the best cut feed to PMMA?

It is Acrylic.
You can use the polycabonate material listing.
