Plastics material question.
Any suggestions for a comparable material in the material list for PEEK?

Hi Ken,
I myself have newer worked on Peek.
but a quick research tells me that is a hard and brittle polymer plastic, sometimes filled with glass fibres, so it can eat your tools faster :)
People suggest using Feeds for aluminum and Speeds slightly lower. Maybe 75% slower.
If you ever machined hard HYTAC materials (which i did a lot), i imagine it would be a lot like it.

Have machined only a bit of plastics and never any of the hi-tech types like Peek.
Been away from machining for months and now about to get back on it, I see you have not been sitting idle with regards to HSMAdviser.

Development of the program itself got a little slower than i would have liked.
I just released the IPhone versions of FSWizard. And that alone took me a bunch of time.
But now my undivided attention is back to HSMAdvisor.
I want to treat everybody and release a very big update before Christmass.

You've worked very hard on this program and I suspect a labor of love, still, I hope it is becoming financially rewarding for you.
There is some decent software available but nothing as machining comprehensive as HSMAdvisor out there that I've seen.

It is indeed. Lack of programs like that is easilly explaied by a very nieche market and any big guy would have starved to death if he tried to produce anything like that.
