Routers?

Can this calculator also be used for table routers? Any precautions/considerations I should take in that regard?

Yes.
Any CNC or manual machine where you can set spindle speed and feedrate is supported.
When it comes to routers main considerations are:
Rigidity and Chip managememnt/coolant.
To address rigidity i would recommend moving productivity slider (located on advanced tool settings tab on pain page) all the eay to the left.
HSMAdvisor assumes you are using proper flood coolant when it comes to aluminum. so make sure you are accounting for that.
Use atleast a mister to lubricate and remove chips.

Edit : I just realized you were talking about the online calc.
Everyting stands except that there is no place to set endmill productivity.
In which case you just use shallower depths of cut to compensate for reduced rigidity.
